Therapy for Relationships, Sex, and Identity
Supporting resilience, connection, and pleasure
Welcome! My name is Kamil Lewis and I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. I believe in the transformative power of mental health and integrate the mind, body, and community to cultivate a holistic approach to wellness. I’m excited to support you on your journey.
What Brings You In?
Sex and Intimacy
Let’s talk about sex. Sex therapy is the opportunity to discuss the multitude of ways you erotically and intimately connect with yourself and other people. This can look so different for everyone, that’s the beauty of it! Simply put, sex therapy is a chance to openly discuss sex and sexuality in a nonjudgemental space. I work with clients to discover the ways to positively incorporate joy, playfulness, and pleasure into your life.
Individual Therapy
Together, we’ll explore what is causing distress in your life and how to cultivate awareness and build resilience. Anxiety, loneliness, depression, and trauma are some of the concerns we may address, and I also make space to talk about what’s already working, and what makes you feel alive. We’ll look at expanding your community, highlight your strengths, and support overall healing.
Relationship Therapy
Relationships are the most primal and human way we connect to others and ourselves. We learn so much about who we are through our relationships. Sometimes relationships become strained, confusing, or heartbreaking. I work with intimate relationships to look at the strengths and needs of each person in the relationship. Our work will look at how to broaden communication, access compassion, establish boundaries, and deepen the capacity for respect.
